Assisting individuals and families in the purchase of their dream home, or income property is my passion.  I have been helping dreams come true for almost 20 years.  Working through the 2 most recent recessions has helped me understand how important home ownership can be.  Home ownership can be another step in the pathway to financial freedom.

I also assist existing homeowners in finding more appropriate mortgages.  This could result in lowering the monthly mortgage, paying less interest on the loan, taking cash out for other needs, and reducing or eliminating any type of mortgage insurance.
